MTI Weigh Systems provides standard and custom designed equipment to measure storage silos, hoppers and bins. We can achieve .03% system accuracy on most applications. We can convert your existing track-side depots, transfer stations and bulk loadout stations to fully automated, electronic systems to keep accurate account of your materials. We do this by using electronic weigh hoppers or by retrofitting existing structures with load sensors.

If batching is required, MTI Weigh Systems will interface the electronic scales to PLC'S for batching formulation using simple, but highly accurate loss/gain-in-weight measurements. For less critical applications, we offer a complete line of digital weight indicators that are programmable to handle small batching applications.
